I’m a BACP-accredited counsellor in Exeter, with fifteen years’ experience supporting adults, couples, and young people aged 16 and over. Counselling offers a private, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s happening for you, and gain new clarity and understanding.

My approach is warm, grounded, and tailored to you — there is no one-size-fits-all method. We work at a pace that feels right, focusing on what matters most to you in this moment.

I believe change is possible, even when things feel very difficult. I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you for as long as you need.
